FACULTY/STAFF PAYROLL DEDUCTION
Faculty/Staff Payroll Deduction
- Must be a full-time or part-time regular Faculty or Staff.
- Affiliates, students and temporary employees are not eligible.
- If no longer employed with NMSU, must return parking permit or will owe any outstanding balance.
- Must have $0.00 balance with Parking & ID Card Services in order for payroll deduction to be processed.
- Motorcycle permits are kept in the Parking & ID Card Services office and linked to license plate.
- Print out confirmation email and place on the dash of vehicle – will serve as temporary permit for three weeks.
- Parking permits are transferrable from vehicle to vehicle.
SPAM Payroll Deduction
- Must be on the Chancellor’s approved SPAM parking permit list.
- If no longer employed with NMSU, must return SPAM parking permit or will owe any outstanding balance.
- Must have a $0.00 balance with Parking & ID Card Services in order for payroll deduction to be processed.
- Print out confirmation email and place on the dash of vehicle – will serve as temporary permit for three weeks.
- Parking permits are transferrable from vehicle to vehicle.
